The Warrior Wishes Program highlights a specific child and tells their story, bringing awareness to their diagnosis(se). This special child and their family will receive help financially from our organization as well as a "Dream Sheet" to complete for their child. Our goal is to create a special experience for this brave Warrior using their Dream Sheet; perhaps its a ball game, a trip to Disney, or a beautiful day at the beach.

There is an application process along with a physician referral form required to qualify.
